I'll dominate 'credible combatant' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round contest which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.

Briton Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the two fighters confronted each other to promote next month's boxing match.

Ex two time unified boxing king Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive disparity - at Miami's venue on December 19th.

Boxer's Attitude

"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.

"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.

"I intend to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."

Respectful Exchange

Despite these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally known for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.

Paul rather criticized ex Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "a joke" after Ngannou declined a fight offer.

Targeting Tyson Fury

Anthony Joshua, at the same time, criticized British rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.

"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.

"I respect him for that."

Legitimate Fighter

In spite of declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.

"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.

Paul's Background

Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.

He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.

Financial Success

Nevertheless, the novice remains one of boxing's greatest money-making draws, consistently making massive financial rewards.

Prediction and Belief

The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would stop the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.

"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.

Physical Difference

As both boxers engaged in the usual face-off, with their size difference evident, it highlighted just how improbable this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is truly going ahead.
